Darcy Bell, Owner & Artist
I am a jewelry & craft artist based in the Northern Virginia area, right outside of Washington DC. I started my beading and jewelry making in 1996 as a district manager for a locally based bead store. From that experience my love of color, beading and accessories has only grown. I had always dreamed of having my own business and thus began Southern Serenity Jewelry in 2006. I began participating in Arts & Crafts shows in 2007 and have developed a "festival following" of treasured customer-friends. My newest venture is offering my designs in my favorite retail stores. I am grateful to my clients who encourage me to continue to dream and create.
